A perfect blend of tradition and innovation, returning to time-honoured local farmers' recipes but with a production and control system that is in step with the third millennium. Saipa only uses its own meat, and its range is aimed at large supermarket chains around Italy, with branded products for prestigious names such as Coop and Conad.
